Nam Dok Mai Mango
Nam Dok Mai Si Thong No. 4 is a medium-sized, evergreen tree with a lifespan of about 15-20 years. It grows to a height of approximately 10-15 meters, with few branches and a sparse canopy. The bark is dark grayish-black, and the tree can bear fruit year-round. The unripe fruit is light green with firm, thick, white flesh and a very sour taste. When ripe, the fruit turns a deep yellow or golden yellow with a thin peel. The flesh is fine, and fragrant, weighing around 280-300 grams, with a sweetness level of about 19 degrees Brix.
